Failed Payment Notification

There are a number of reasons why a failed payment notification may have been received.

Noted below are a few possible reasons and solutions:

Payment Institution (Bank or Credit Card) Flag

For fraud prevention credit card companies and banks with flag transactions that appear to be fraud. This may include the legitimate transaction you're attempting with Alpine Communications.

Solution: To correct this, please notify your financial institution that you have your card with that the transaction with Alpine Communications is approved.

Card Expiration or Incorrect Card Details

Cards have an expiration date. This is an easy fix.

Solution: To update one can input the new card expiration date through the payment portal found here: https://portal.alpine-internet.com/

Insufficient Funds

Life happens, sometimes it happens all at once which can be expensive, resulting in Insufficient Funds (ISF) when a charge is attempted on the card on file.

Solution: If an account has ISF please consider using a different payment method. Moreover, if there is a special circumstance, we will do what we can to help if you would like to contact us at Support@Alpine-Internet.com.
